The technical support is restricted to the assistance provided to Shipping/Managing/Operating Companies facing technical problems with their vessels’ Main or Auxiliary Engines or other engineering components.

Our technical support team is composed of individuals, groups and even partnering workshops that are familiar with all devices that may be met on board a vessel. With their unlimited knowledge and great experience, they can troubleshoot the clear majority of technical malfunctions, defects, damages and problems that in general may occur onboard a vessel.

In addition, our technical support experts may assist in the development or improvement or even monitoring of Planned Maintenance Systems’ implementation. Technical support may be provided over the phone, through email, or with a live-chat interface or with on scene attendance, as required by our customers.
